Room Booking Confirmation

This form is to confirm details regarding booking a room. Please do not complete this until asked to by the Administrator. For preliminary enquries please see the Booking Enquiry Form.

Please be aware that you may not be able to access the building before this time. Generally we would recommend that this is at least half an hour before the advertised start of your event.
Please ensure that your event finishes in sufficient time before this for you and your guests to leave (having done any washing up you need to do).

The Pantry is on the same floor as the Sanctuary and Iona. It is available free of charge for all our room hirers. We provide mugs, cups, spoons, etc. Hirers are responsible for their own washing up. If you want to use the dishwasher please let us know when you arrive.
The Kitchen is downstairs (on the same level as Mull and the Studio) and includes a gas cooker and a dishwasher. We require that the person in charge of the kitchen for your event holds a current hygiene certificate.
