Weekday Fellowship and Learning

Coffee, Cake and Conversation

One Tuesday (7.30–9pm) and Thursday (1.30-3pm) each month

Twice each month (once in the afternoon & once in the evening) we host gatherings called Coffee, Cake and Conversation to create space for people to get to know each other better. These events are always open to new people. The dates for these can be found on the church diary.

Bible Study

Tuesdays 7.30-9pm @ AUC

At Augustine we use Contextual Bible Study. Everyone is welcome to join in this group and no knowledge or experience is required. Contextual Bible Study is a clear and simple method of group bible study, which inspires good discussion and thoughtful reflection. CBS aims to listen to the stories and wisdom of the scriptures speaking from within their contexts to ours, discerning God’s message of salvation for individuals and for social transformation. The method of Contextual Bible Study was developed through the struggle against apartheid in South Africa. For more information contact Fiona.
